Aguilar Outboard Bass Preamp Reviews 5

I am 52 yrs. old and have been playing bass guitar since 1966. I currently play in a 70s R & B Band. I have played gospel, contemporary gospel, pop, rock, funk, and jazz. I play tobias basses. My current 6 string tobias is teamed with an Ampeg B4R with two 410 cabinets with horns and tweeters and sometimes 1 410 cabinet and a Peavey 1820 cab. When I added the Aguilar Outboard Preamp it only sweetened the mix. I love it and so do the guys in the band. I have owned and used peavey, yorkville, sunn, carvin, fender, and many other bass amps as well as washburn, fender, yamaha, vester, carvin, ibanez, and G & L basses. I only imagine what clarity and pure awesome sounds I would have produced if I had invested in an Aguilar Bass Preamp before. I started to have the inboard preamp put in my guitar. I'm glad I didn't because I use the preamp with all my other basses. The curious don't have to believe me or listen to the pros and cons of others. Just, try one and see for yourself. You won't have a problem selling it if you want because I guarantee someone will buy it from you if you want to sell it. Believe it or not, you will not sell it. It's a wonderful product that I caught on sale for $189. I have spent thousands of dollars in equipment and basses searching for the sound that I wanted personally and now I have the sound I have been searching for for over 40 years.
